Arjita and Anshul - Shaanti Founders

A Message From The Shaanti Founders

Hi, we are Arjita and Anshul. So glad you’re here!

Arjita is a physical therapist, professor, and startup founder. My Nani (maternal grandmother) taught me Ayurveda, and meditation growing up in India when I was little but then I got into the startup hustle and forgot about that wisdom till 2019 when a huge episode of burnout hit me.

Since then, I have been retracing my steps and slowly returning to the Vedic wisdom I had in me all along. Now, I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Ayurveda Practitioner.

Anshul is a yoga practitioner and has worked in the silicon valley for the last 15 years building . He got exposure to meditation at an early age from his mother while growing up in Delhi. 

After climbing the corporate ladder, he found himself in need of a stress management technique that can be used anytime. 

That’s when he went back to meditation and breathwork to work effectively in high pressure environments. Now, I am combining both worlds and building byte sized rituals for yoga and meditation.
